Dream Your Future

Dream Your FutureBelieve it or not, this idea came to me as I was exercising on the rowing machine at the Y and saw another exercise machine clear across a basketball court behind a see-through curtain. The machine had it’s “arms” up and a “hat” on its “head” just like the girls in this piece. I thought using the confetti technique just might work with this idea.

I plan on donating this QuiltToon to an organization that helps young women get their lives together.
It is 17″ X 14″. Machine pieces and hand appliqued. Completed Oct. 2013.

About QuiltToonist

I'm a news junkie and have opinions about everything! I consider myself a folk artist because I have no formal art training and use the sewing skills I learned many moons ago to accomplish the fiber art I seem to have to express.
