A Pillow Cover Education

pillow cover desk

I’m starting to explore what I might do with some of my photography when printed on fabric.   This pillow cover was made using mixed media:  photography on fabric, painting with acrylics and soft gel gloss, quilting and embellished with buttons.  I was happy with parts of this project and have a lot to improve.  But, I’m using it on my green rocker.

This pillow cover is 15″ X 12,” machine pieced and top stitched

About QuiltToonist

I'm a news junkie and have opinions about everything! I consider myself a folk artist because I have no formal art training and use the sewing skills I learned many moons ago to accomplish the fiber art I seem to have to express.
